QUALITY ASSURANCE
I. Quality Control:
Sigma Industries from the beginning has established systems and procedures detailing out the required standard , inspection criteria , inspection reports , online inspection and Quality Control check starting from raw material specification , casting standards , machining parameters and final packing & dispatch for each product and process in consultation with and required by the technical staff of our customer .
II. Standard Room:
Sigma Industries standard room is fully equipped with digital, analog and other measuring instruments/components, including Digital Height Gauge , Digital Micrometers, Digital Vernier Calipers , Digital Depth Gauge, Digital Temperature Meter , Digital Bore Gauge , Digital Dial Tester and Digital Weighing Scale etc.
III. Accreditation with ISO/ TS 16949:2002
